Unit Works carefully brings together an organisation’s staffing needs and a jobseeker’s ambitions. We make responsibilities, agreements and points of contact clear from the start.
For clients
Deploy capacity while retaining control.
Whether you need temporary support, payroll for someone you selected, or help filling a vacancy, we organise the assignment from start to finish.
One contact for the request, planning and administration
Project agreements, contacts and hourly rates recorded centrally
Hours only become billable after your explicit approval
More than placing a person: keeping the assignment workable.
Staffing involves more than an agreement. We connect scheduling, project information, time registration, client approval and invoicing in one continuous process.
If your question is not listed, contact us and we will discuss your situation directly.
What is the difference between payroll and staffing?
With payroll, you usually select the employee and Unit Works takes care of formal employment and payroll administration. With staffing, we also help find and deploy suitable people.
Can Unit Works schedule employees across several projects?
Yes. Every shift is linked to a project and an employee, keeping the location, working time, break and project context clear for each assignment.
How are worked hours checked?
The employee records hours by week. Once submitted, Unit Works can send a timesheet to an authorised client contact. The hours only become billable after that person approves them.
Can I get in touch without an open vacancy?
Yes. Jobseekers can explain their situation through the contact form. Organisations can also discuss a future or not yet fully defined staffing need.
Does this work for Dutch and German clients?
The website is available in Dutch, English and German. Projects can use a Dutch or German invoice language, with separate Excel output and attachments such as a timesheet.
