Unit Works only processes personal data for recruitment, employment relationships, planning, time registration, invoicing and statutory administration.

What data do we process?

For applications we process your name, contact details, any CV you optionally provide, and other information you submit. Authorised administrators may record identity, insurance and payment details in employee files. Project contacts are used for planning, communication and time approval.

Access and security

Access is restricted to authorised accounts. Private documents are stored outside the public website and encrypted. Relevant document and signing actions are recorded in an audit trail.

Retention and your rights

Data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or a statutory retention duty. For access, correction, restriction or deletion, contact [email protected]

Processors

Carefully selected providers may be used for hosting, email and digital signatures. Production configuration and data processing agreements are finalised by Unit Works before launch.
